The Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation hosts Henri Cartier-Bresson and Martine Franck’s archives. The collection is made-up of vintage prints, contact sheets, drawings, publications, correspondences, rare books, albums, films, videos, posters, invitations, etc.. It is located on the Foundation’s lower-level, in a space specially conceived in accordance with museographical conservation standards.

The Magnum Photos library is a living archive updated daily with new work from across the globe. The library houses all the work produced by Magnum photographers and some special collections by non-members. There are approximately one million photographs in both print and transparency in the physical library, with over 500,000 images available online.

Magnum offices also house correspondence, tearsheets, contacts, slides and negatives.

The collection consists of the photographic archive and related papers of Inge Morath that chiefly documents her work as a photographer chiefly with Magnum Photos from the early 1950s through her death. Photographic material in the collection includes contact sheets, color slides, and photographic prints.

Her documentary photographs depict people and events in a wide range of countries, including Austria, China, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Tunisia, as well as throughout Mexico and the United States.

The Eve Arnold Papers contains her photographs, contact sheets, negatives, slides, transparencies, diaries, film production files, correspondence, writings by and about Arnold, printed materials, and ephemera that document her career as a member of the Magnum Photos cooperative. In addition, the collection contains audiovisual materials including motion picture film, videocassettes, sound recordings, and computer media.
